Stewardship

Stewardship Records

Administration keeps the business of a residence legible without turning the owner's private life into a public operation, so the paperwork behind the estate never becomes a burden the owner has to manage themselves.

Standard

A discipline held in context.

Private residence records kept clear: visit notes, owner decisions, staff schedules, owner-authorized purchase records, and vendor access logs.

This page offers a closer view of the discipline without turning private stewardship into a public checklist. The exact scope remains shaped by the residence and by owner direction.

Practice

What steady care includes.

01

Staff schedules and household records organized around owner decisions.

02

Owner-authorized purchases and vendor access visits recorded with careful privacy boundaries.

03

Observed maintenance needs kept separate from decisions and work performed by outside providers.

Cadence & Reporting

How often, and what the owner sees.

Administration supports LES's routine private-residence services. We keep staff schedules, visit notes, owner-authorized purchase records, standing preferences, and access logs private and organized. LES does not provide legal, financial, insurance, contracting, or licensed-trade advice. Independent vendors are selected, contracted with, directed, and paid directly by the owner. At the owner's request, LES may share contact information, coordinate arrival and access, and record that the visit occurred.

Administrative reporting follows the rhythm set with the owner and covers routine care records, owner-authorized vendor access, and open observations that need an owner decision.

Owners receive a private summary on the agreed cadence: completed routine services, staff schedule notes, owner-authorized purchases, vendor access records, and observations that need a decision.

Questions

What owners ask about this discipline.

Who hires and pays outside vendors?

The owner selects, contracts with, directs, and pays each independent vendor directly. LES can share contact information, coordinate arrival and property access, and keep a brief access record at the owner's request.

How are nonroutine maintenance needs handled?

We document visible conditions and present them to the owner. The owner decides what action to take and directly engages any qualified provider needed for evaluation or work.

Who has access to the residence's administrative records?

Access is limited to the stewards directly responsible for the residence. Records are never shared outside the work itself, and vendors receive only the scope they need to perform their task, never full visibility into the household's affairs.
