What We Collect
When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we receive your name, email address, and the message you write. Depending on the service you select, the form may also accept optional context such as vehicle details, timing, or access notes. We collect only what you choose to share.
This site uses a privacy-respecting analytics service to understand aggregate page performance. It collects anonymized, aggregated signals such as page views, load times, and general geographic region. It does not set tracking cookies or build individual visitor profiles.
We use an error monitoring service to keep the site reliable. When the site encounters a technical error, it captures a diagnostic report that may include browser type, operating system, and the URL where the error occurred. No visitor name, email, or message content is attached to these reports by default.
The only browser storage this site uses is a single localStorage key that records your light or dark theme preference. No other cookies are set, and no third-party advertising or analytics cookies are present.
How We Use It
Inquiry submissions are delivered through a transactional email service to the practice's private inbox. We use that information solely to respond to your message and, where the conversation continues, to provide the services you requested.
Aggregate analytics data informs technical decisions about site performance. Error reports inform engineering fixes. Neither is used for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond operating this site.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use retargeting pixels or behavioral advertising networks. We do not track you across other websites.
The discretion we extend to the private owners and residences we serve extends equally to visitors to this site.
Data Retention
Inquiry emails are retained in the practice's inbox for as long as the correspondence is operationally relevant. Aggregate analytics data is held by our service providers subject to their retention policies. Error reports are retained for a limited diagnostic window.
If you would like your inquiry information removed, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
Wherever you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Write to us at inquiries@lanaiestatestewardship.com with the subject line 'Privacy Request' and we will respond within 30 days. Where the privacy law of your jurisdiction grants you additional rights, we honor them.
Confidential Contact
For especially sensitive material, we can arrange an encrypted channel rather than receiving it through the standard inquiry form. Note this in your message and we will provide a secure upload link or our public key before you send anything sensitive.
